Since her first exhibit in her gallery/studio in December of 2006, Laura Moore has brought an element of class to the art community in downtown McKinney. Laura challenged herself to regularly create a new set of images for her Second Saturday Art Walk openings, and built a clientele for her own work. In 2008, she opened her walls to artists in town at a time when there was not another space adequate for solo exhibitions. She continues to present artists with opportunities to display their work as she hosts annual themed shows and organizes Tennessee Street for artists participating in downtown arts events and festivals.
